How do we update our internal `Button` component to use the new React 19 hooks?
To update the internal `Button` component, you can replace the current `useEffect` implementation with the new `useActionState` hook introduced in React 19.

Our current `Button` component in `src/components/ui/button.tsx` relies on manual pending states. According to the official React 19 documentation, `useActionState` handles this automatically, allowing you to streamline the component.
