How Fenlo uses Google data

When you sign in with Google and connect your Google account, Fenlo accesses the following Google services to power your team's knowledge layer:

  • Google Drive — Fenlo reads your documents, files, and folder structure so they appear in search results and can be referenced by AI agents. Fenlo does not modify or delete your Google Drive files.
  • Gmail — Fenlo reads your email subjects and content so they appear in search results and can be summarized by AI agents. Fenlo does not send emails on your behalf.
  • Google Calendar — Fenlo reads your calendar events so meetings and schedules can be referenced in search results. Fenlo does not create or modify calendar events.

All Google data access is read-only. Fenlo cannot modify, delete, or create any content in your Google account. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

Why sign in with Google

Google sign-in lets Fenlo securely access your Google Drive, Gmail, and Calendar data so it can be included in your team's search results and AI agent responses. No passwords are stored. Access tokens are encrypted and can be revoked at any time.

Privacy and security

Fenlo takes data security seriously. All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Fenlo is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Your data is never used to train AI models.
